What the site code stores

The supplied pages do not set HTTP cookies. If you explicitly save a choice below, the site writes a localStorage value named seasonal-listening-preference. LocalStorage is browser storage rather than a cookie: the value is not automatically attached to page requests.

The saved value is either essential or allow. It contains no name, email address or browsing history. It persists until you remove it, clear site data, or the browser deletes it. The choice applies only to this browser and site origin.

Essential-only is the default. No preference is saved until you choose Save.

Other browser activity

Images, styles and scripts are requested from this site rather than embedded third-party services. Ordinary browser caching may retain copies to make repeat visits faster. Hosting infrastructure may process routine requests or use its own operational controls; those are separate from this page’s local preference script.

Changing your mind

Return here at any time to select another setting. Remove saved choice deletes the preference key without writing a replacement. You can also use your browser’s site-data controls. Blocking localStorage does not prevent reading the articles; it only prevents the preference from being remembered.
