This notice describes the static pages and local tools on baskewonchatterrockt.christmas. For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. External websites and your email provider operate under their own policies.
Ordinary page requests
Your browser must send technical information to the hosting infrastructure to retrieve this site, such as an IP address, requested address and browser headers. Hosting providers may keep operational or security logs. The supplied site code does not create a visitor analytics database, profile users, load advertising trackers or send contact-form entries to a backend. Hosting-level logging and retention depend on the deployed service and are not controlled by the page scripts.
Browser storage
If you save a choice on the Cookie Settings page, the script stores it in localStorage under seasonal-listening-preference. This value records only your selected setting. It is not automatically sent to a server by the site code and remains until you remove it, clear browser storage or the browser removes it. No optional tracking is activated by either setting.
The contact draft tool
Names, email addresses and messages entered into the contact tool are used in the current page’s memory to construct a plain-text draft. The script does not save the draft in localStorage or submit it over the network. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore form values according to its own settings.
Choosing Copy places the draft on your device’s clipboard. Choosing Download creates a text file on your device. Those copies remain under your control, including any clipboard history, backups or shared-device access. Clear them when appropriate.
Email you choose to send
If you send an email, the recipient and email providers receive the information you include, along with ordinary message metadata. Correspondence may be used to answer your request, investigate a correction or maintain an editorial record. Do not send sensitive personal information. No fixed hosting or email retention period is asserted here because the relevant service configuration has not been specified.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without using the contact tool, remove the stored preference through Cookie Settings, and clear site data in your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other handling of personal information held in correspondence. Email your request with enough context to locate it; do not send identification documents unless a justified verification process requires them.
Links, children and changes
Following an external link sends you to another service; check its policy before sharing information. This site does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so the concern can be reviewed.
This notice may be updated when the site’s functions or deployment change. The “Last updated” line identifies the current published version. Any future optional analytics or advertising would require its own clear disclosure and appropriate controls before activation.
